performance parts store??? opinions
so straight to the point me and a buddy are looking at opening a performace store in the dc area perferably in Arlington, VA. we will carry over 100 different brands from engine internals, turbos and turbo accessories, to interior upgrades steering wheels, seats you name it we will have it or we will be able to get it to you sooner and cheaper than any competitors, best parts at the best prices. also we will have an awd dynojet to test the parts we offer to give you instant gratification knowing you bought proven quality parts. let me know if this would of a benefit to you guys in this area or if im wasting my time. thank you and please as much feed back as possible

You will be wasting your time.
Do you see this list https://www.vadriven.com/forums/nova...t-nova-110637/ ?
Half of these companies have already disappeared. There is just a handful left.

So...as a start up you think you're gonna be able to be better than the already established shops in the area? Good luck with that. I understand thinking about the possibilities and getting excited and pumped up...but in reality just about everything you plan on isn't a realistic possibility.

How much liquid cash do you have right now?
Who's going to give you a loan
Where's this going to be located?
Have you rented the property and/or is the property correctly zoned
Do you have a business plan
Other than that, I expect fail
