This is a caravan anyways so this is what the plan is:

1. We are picking up some people along Fredericksburg, they will just merge in with us on the highway.

2. Then we will pick up Chris G's people in Yorktown ( 2.5hr drive from IKEA) and actually take a very short break (10min)(refill gas in your car if needed.). After that we will continue on to our final destination. Everything is along the way.

3. if you have two radio's please bring them since they will be helpful.

No burnouts, high revving the engine or speeding on the highways. Please do not act immature with your attentions. This rule will stick to the whole trip down to Vabeach

A word from the organizer:

"I recieved and E-mail from the sportsplex. The lady i spoke with is also a member of parks and rec. She said there will be a few fees. She also mentioned that the whole management of parks and rec is being changed over and will be completely new by april. This is the reasoning behind having new people contacting me.

Next years event will be taken care of at the end of this summer and will be set in stone by january 20th. This is word from the new members of parks and rec. The permit can be submited on the first working day of the new year and all fees will be explained in plenty of time. No more of this last minute garbage.

Yeah techie I was thinking tysons corner too. Ikea isn't a bad idea but Tysons seems to be a central spot for people in Nova.

what about you upper nova guys meet up then meet us woodbridge/dale city/ springfield guys then we all ride out. It would be a nice cruise with a lot of cars but i and others might not want to travel north then back south.

Yeah I feel you on that. Ikea is a good meeting spot since its farther south on the way to the meet. hmmm..
