lsx engine tuning.

Now that I have my longtubes I really need to get my shit tuned. Where are the local f-body peeps getting this done? So far the closest place Ive seen has been fbody central in baltimore.

I've seen Domestics being worked on at Ultimate. I know they tune imports there, they may tune domestics as well. I can't vouch for the reliability of their work on domestics however since I haven't had a domestic worked on by them.

check with EB3 Motorsports in Chantilly, they work mainly on domestics.

If you aren't already a member I'd suggest that you register on ls1tech.com. I think its the largest f-body community around.

Why do you need to get tuned? LT's aren't gonna throw the ECU off that much.

Im registered on ls1tech, just that they dont like you asking around for shops that are not on the sponsor list. Need to get rear o2s deleted. Air deleted / egr deleted/ asr deleted. Plus on a bone stock motor peeps have picked up a decent amount of ponies. Long tubes tend to make the motor run rich. Ive been looking at this fucking check engine light for months now. Im soooo sick of it. Dont get me wrong. It definately runs better now, but I know there is more to be had.

I had an 01 with full exhaust which included LT's, and TSP TD's and I know numerous other people that had simliar set-up's and never got tuned. Then when they were finally put on the dyno everything looked great.

Just figured I'd try to save you money.
