looking for a welder to weld my fuel tank
any welders out there that have welded a fuel tank before? the fuel tank is already out of the car, it just has 2 small ruptures, about 1 cm long and 1/2 cm long.
let me know if anyone can help me out. shouldn't be too difficult if you've done it before

only way someone will weld it is if you fill it up and drain it with water like 3 times in front of them.. otherwise you're welding a bomb.

I get the whole saving money aspect, but I ordered a brand new tank for a DA for less than $100. Any decent welder is gonna want like half of that just for their time.

new e30 tanks run ~200, ill take 50 over that any day. It's been done, just trying to find someone who's done it
