Job Opening: Sr. Remedy Engineer
I have a position to fill with my Prime. I would like to grab this FTE slot for my company and because of the small pool and supply of engineers for this position I am having a tough time finding potential candidates. Sr. Remedy Developer / Engineer
Subject Matter Expert of Remedy ARS based ITSM Suite version 7.6.x. This includes Incident and Problem Management, SLM, Asset Management, and Change Management modules, Atrium CMDB & custom applications based on Remedy ARS as well as integrations with external applications. CMDB Experience is highly desired.
Remedy Server Administration, ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Distributed Server Option configuration, Log Analysis,
Remedy Custom Application, and ITSM Application Enhancements, Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects
BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.6.x, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.6.x (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS, Release Management) , Atrium CMDB 7.6.x. with Integration experience.
Minimum 6-8 years experience in a position as a Senior Remedy Developer/Engineer using the Helpdesk/Service Desk, SLM, Asset Management, and Change Management, Atrium CMDB modules with Integration experience
ITIL V3 foundation certified
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Team player. Works well both independently, and as part of a team. Clear spoken, and can communicate with external stakeholders.
BS or Equivalent experience
