HID installation?
Anyone know a cheap place I could take my car to get my HIDs installed? One that won't rape me for such an easy job. I'd do it myself but I have no tools and I can't work on the car in my apartment complex :/

Check the shop list. Pretty much anyone can/ will be able to install HIDs. I realize you're looking for a quick and cheap place, but jesus dude, don't be lazy and have us do the work for you. Start calling around.
