Full Time Labor Job - interested?
 

I'm just throwing this out there.. hopefully it wont get deleted/locked/moved. I currently work for a custom home builder, and there is a superintendent that is looking for a labor guy. Full time (7am-3:30pm) M-F. He's currently looking to fill this job ASAP - but if he doesn't find someone, he may take someone for just summertime. The job location is in Faquier County (Riley Road). It's about 10-15minutes off of I-66 Exit 43-A. I don't know what the hourly pay would be, but it should be somewhere between 10-13/hr. Maybe lower or higher depending on resume. Some examples of duties would be.. sweeping out houses, putting paper on hardwood before paint, small lifting, picking up trash around houses... pretty easy stuff for the most part. Usually get to work inside a home (occasionally heat/air will be on in home). The superintendent is a super nice black guy named Louis. Makes sure you take your breaks, doesn't stand over you and watch you, usually lets you off early. dam...i need to move to va...i've been in home remodeling for 2 1/2 yrs and never made over 9$ and hr...
