Fender rolling

Does anyone know a place or someone who can roll my friends and mine's fenders. I drive a 1991 mustang and need them rolled for 10.5 inch wide tires in the back and he drives a 04 wrx and needs them rolled for his 18x8's b/c its also lowered.
