oh and btw, sounds like you need to take a driver improvement course, get +5 points on your license, easiest and most entertaining driver improvement class i have ever taken: A SAFE DRIVER PROGRAM http://www.asafedriverva.com/
I got a DUI and a reckless, Haddock got the reckless dropped and the DUI lowered to a reckless.
oh and I paid under $1k for the lawyer.
take that class, i highly recommend it, EXTREMELY entertaining.
oh and I had Robert Whitestone for a Reckless driving before too, he got it lowered to improper driving, but he was expeeeeeeeensive

Would taking the defensive/aggressive driving along with the drivers improvement class help at all?
