Go to Inter Sport in next to Tyson corner and where vertex use to be. I get mine done there, they also do corner balancing.

Merchants on Dale Blvd. in Dale City/Woodbridge has done my Celica more than once and its lowered 1.4". I think prices start at like $80

I raised it YAY, while i was doing it i noticed on the drivers side that the plastic piece was kind of hanging. I think its the bump stop but i cannot be sure, its a circular piece above the springs. it was fine on the passenger side
