Hey guys im new to this forum and i have a few questions for you guys?

Im a subaru guy, But i just bought a 89 Honda CRX HF to keep the miles off my WRX.
Now i dont know to much about hondas, But ive already been bitten by the mod bug on this car.
Its so light and flickable. So i am thinking about doing a motor swap to give it a little more umph.

I am prolly not gonna have the time to do a swap on this car so im also looking for a good shop to do it for me.
i live in salisbury md about 30 mins from ocean city.
Also my budget is pretty small for this car since most of my money gos into the subaru so I am looking at a couple options.
1. B16
2. ZC
im also not trying to make this CRX a racecar. I just want to make it a lil bit quicker for daily driving.

I found a full b16 swap in my area for 1400 its complete with the longblock tranny wiring harness ecu and motor mounts. all it needs is a header.
I am trying to figure out what else needs to be done in order to swap a b16 into my crx.

I am also looking into the zc swap. Since they can be found fairly cheap.
Also they are a direct swap besides the disti connector.

So let me know what you guys think and also any advice about the swaps.

well the first mod i would do is a set of energy suspension poly bushings its imo the best single modd you can do to a crx but as far as the motor goes both are good swaps the zc will be cheaper because you can keep your tranny,wiring(assuming your mpfi), axels and what not but the b16 has more power and mad dope vtac lol
