Custom white 2007 GSXR 1000. Must sell

ok so I do not want to sell this at all but life situations have come up that I just can't get around it. I will not let it go for less than what I am willing to let it go for so please don't lowball me. This bike has been well taken care of and all maintenance has been done by me. Had a short issue of the bike surging that once asking on this site found the issue and it no longer happens.
The bike was pushed over in my parking lot by some hulligans thinking it would be funny but didn't cause too much damage but insurance paid for everything to be fixed and I added the frame sliders right after I noticed just how much damage can be cause by such a slight fall.
it does have aftermarket (Auctmart) fairings that fit VERY well and look great. The tank is not paint matched at the moment but will be this winter if the bike hasn't sold yet.
Everything is factory right now with just the Jardine GP1 slip on as I took everything else off to sell.
it does have rather high miles but they are all interstate miles because I live an hour and a half (one way) from work and used this whenever it was warm to drive to work.
This is my baby and i said I would never sell it but as of now I don't see any other way around it.

meaning that it wasn't THAT much damage but I realized that if it could crack the fairing that bad in a fall from a stand still I can only imagine how bad it would've been if it was moving.
It has roughly 14k on it but most of that came from my daily commute from Farmville to Short Pump for work every day. I got it with 4k miles on it and moved to Farmville this year. Put about 9k on it this summer alone.
