I now have the title for this. Bike runs but not very well (NOT rideable). Needs some work. Prob 4-5 hours of solid work, a battery, and two good tires and this would be an EXCELLENT commuter/starter bike.

Bump - Still for sale.
Went to DMV - must have been titled out of state. As such only way to get a title is to get a new frame which is around $350-$500. If I do this price will still go up to $800. For now, I'll consider pretty much anything.

neg, i cranked it the other day. throttle is sticky, to be expected for sitting so long. I'm sure if I sprayed some starting fluid in, it would kick, but again, oil is old so don't want to do that.

Picked up a titled frame for this. Price up to $450. When I put it together, $800, running right w/ an inspection, $1100.
