79 Yamaha XS650 hardtail bobber, almost done
$1800
great price for a quick sale. clear tittle with 21309 miles and a fresh topend. pamco electronic ignition and coil. runs great and starts easily on starter and kick start. TC brothers hard tail. carb is rejetted with pod filters and has baffled drag pipes. spring seat. sportster 2.5 gallon peanut tank from my old 86 sportster.
i haven't installed the TC Bros. oil/electronic tank where the wires are hidden, but runs and starts perfect. needs rear caliper hold welded. comfortable and quick little bike.
very little work left. needs brake light and license plate mount. rear fender if you plan on running one (ignore fender in pic, was trying to get a visual).
bike is currently in my buddies garage in Elizabeth City, NC.
for very little more money you can have a badass bobber.
Bike runs and drives the way it is. wiring needs to be put in the electronics box. the pics of us riding it actually has the wires on our leg. haven't had time to mess with it and planned to rewire it to get rid of most of the unnecessary wires (directions on youtube). pictures don't show it, but there are mid controls on the bike.
i bought this bike with the sole purpose of hardtailing it. rode it for two months before starting the chop and once done will be able to ride anywhere your back will allow.
