For future reference, there is a dedicated motorcycle section-where this has been moved to.

7k? Any reason why this bike is so high? Blue book is 4500 bucks and most people don't buy this model unless its for their wife AKA low model.

Sorry, didn't know there was a dedicated motorcycle section, thanks for the move.

I paid over 8k for it and have put over 2k in parts in it. It's practically still brand new, I figured 7k was a good starting point. Price is obo, so I'm always open to offers. I'm honestly offended when people throw the blue book routine on me, but don't take it personally. I've seen older stock sport bikes go for more than this bike, with more miles. And sport bikes have ridiculous depreciation. Just saying. Price is obo. Figured it was a good place to start.

I have a 1984 Sportster and a Fat Bob.

For a 2007 883, youd be better off asking 4-5,000 for it. If it was a XL1200 you could ask 7,000.

I appreciate the input. No mean to disrespect. Never planned on selling the bike. My father has sold bikes for the last 30 years for exactly what he paid for them. I'm really hoping to get something out of it. I'm not trying to rob anyone. I'd be hoping to make somewhere around 6 for it. As originally stated I'm open to all reasonable offers. I really hate to sell the bike but it's time to move on. Again I appreciate the input, never sold a Harley before as this is my first one. I looked at the bikes in the link you posted as well. I see your point, to a point. Those bikes have way more mileage than mine and very few modifications. That's the only reason I posted that starting price. But thank you for the suggestions. I hope I still sell this bike.
