2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 200 HP, Alot of Extras, VERY Fast
SOLD
I have a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with just over 9,000 original miles. The bike is very clean and very fast. It made 191hp to the rear wheel on the dyno. I didnt have it dynoed on nitrous because I never planned on using it anyways, it would be well over 200whp though with the 25 shot. The bike has been meticulously maintained and taken care of. The oil was changed usually once a month during riding season reguardless of the miles put on it. I've always used premium gas and synthetic oil. The bike runs perfect, I've never even had an issue with it. The bike has a nitrous kit installed, I havn't used it since Ive had it. I've never raced the bike, just rode it on the street. Once the bike is started and running, you flip the switch on the MPS box under the seat and it turns the Start button into the nitrous button. The air shifter button is the horn button. I love this bike, I really dont want to sell it, financial problems are the only reason at all Im putting it for sale. Feel free to call or text with any ?'s. Im sure theres things Ive left out

The guy I bought the bike from raced it. I have a race cut seat included, its the stock seat with the front pad cut out. Everything thats done is the way it is when I bought it motor wise. I added the mirrors, barends, sliders, seat and took the nitrous bottle out to make it more streetable. The previous owner didnt ride it on the street hardly at all. He ran 5.60's in the 1/8( Believe that was with nitrous) and I know he ran 8.90's on motor in the 1/4 mile at Budds Creek. He tunes, builds and races bike for a living. He owns a shop in Richmond, Burkehead MotorSports. He knows his stuff, hes the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to the newer Gixxers.

The shnitz box is for the nitrous, I believe its to sray it in stages through the gears. I never really looked into it because I never used the nitrous. I wanted to get more knowledgable on it before I started racing and using it but never had the time. Im going to end up getting a stock bike next time around, I like riding on the street. I got the bike because it looked good and is fast and I had the money at the time and got a pretty good deal on it considering how much money is invested in the bike. Its perfect for someone looking to race but still be able to ride on the street with the same bike.
