well i hav noticed, no difference in power with the exhaust cut, it still has all the baffles and packing inside, it is no different the buying a m4 stubby canister.

interested in trading for a 99 civic extra lean white with black interior 5 spd freezing ac hid headlights full f&f suspension (got 1100$$ jus in suspension) new motor with 40k on it
