2002 Suzuki GSXR600k2 ready to ride

specs:
2002 Suzuki GSX-R 600k2
6 speed (newer clucth) feels great
fuel injected (FI)
12211 miles and will go up since I ride once in a while when there is a break in the weather
Tires are pretty new previous owner replace it the beggining of the 2012 season
The goods:
Winterize
Dec.27,2012 I adjusted the vavles so there is no ticks or knocks on the motor
Change the Oil and filter with Amsoil 10w40 and KN filter
Clean Airfilter
clean and lube chain and also check for slack on the chain but its good
check and filled radiator coolant and brake fluid
top off tank
I rode the bike 2 weeks ago to go to DC and back to Annapolis which where the bike is being stored at my sisters garage. It rides very well and smooth with no problem
Tires are pretty new previous owner replaced it early 2012 season
Mods:
fresh fairing 750 rear tail. minus a small dent on the tank and also paint chipping on the left side fairing but nothing major
tinted windshield (will also comes with clear windshield to pass inspection)
frame sliders
full Hindle exhaust from a gsxr1000
Hot bodies rear brake lights conversion with LED brake lights and working turn signal and led tag light
adjustable front brake and clutch lever (for short fingers like mines)
lowers about 1.5 rear and 1.75 in the front can be adjusted to new onwers specs if wanted( i have short legs and i purchased it this way already)
Aluminum GSXR embled chain guard not installed (come with the sale) needs bolt to bolt up
extra seat which i was gonna cut to lower it so i can raise the bike back up but never got a chance to
factory repair manual i printed
factory tool kit
factory rear brake pads (not installed yet)
and what ever else i have laying aroung the house for this bike
i have the carfax and autocheck for this bike which is clean and clear
extra tank gsxr emblem protector. one on there now is a carbon fiber look zipper protector also has cabon fiber gas tank cover sticker and carbon fiber sticker around the fork
Bad:
Dent on the tank
Small penny size paint feeled off the left side fairing
might need hand grips( one on the bike now is kind of worn out)

Only reason to sell is because me and my wife needs a second car since we live in DC and she found a job in Southern MD
