i gotta ask....hows the visibility at night with the ebay headlamp? i`ve never actually known anyone that had one so never knew how well these things actually project at night compared to the original headlamp, i`ve only had word of mouth from people who never had one and wont buy one. Is it true you can`t run a hotter bulb without melting the mask?

It's not as good as a stock headlight, but I don't ride a lot at night due to deer around here. If you ride at night in the city it's fine. Out alone in back roads you have about 15-20ft of light in front of you.

Yikes, well thanks for info...i was exploring other headlight options for my bike but it looks like ill be sticking to the 7'' round light
