Description:

Up for sale a 98 1200s sporty. Not your average sportster, the 1200s came standard with fully adjustable front and rear suspension, hotter cams, and feature a dual disk front brake. It's a very fast great handling Harley. 20k on the odo when I pulled it off, and I have a clean title in hand.

New Parts:
Throttle Addiction 2gal frisco sporty tank (crappy rattlecan job)
Throttle Addiction amber lense headlight
Lowbrow fork shrouds
Posh Motorsports mini handlebar switches wired internally (imported from japan)
Biltwell H-bars with new grips
Biltwell single cable Whiskey throttle
Custom seat chopped and shaped by me, upholstered professionally
Vance & Hines exhaust

Recently had the bike's 20k Maintenance done at Bayside HD. Any other questions can be texted/emailed or you can just gimme a call. Dont be afraid to throw out offers, worst thing i can say is no. Do consider all the new parts and service werent cheap.

Trades interested in: vintage jap bikes. Xs650's CB twins stuff like that.

you don't have a clean title in hand... because when you pulled the odometer off, now the mileage won't match up even if you put it back on.

kbb puts retail in excellent condition at $3450 and a good condition trade in at $2500.

ive owned about 8 vintage bikes and never had a problem titling a bike with broken odo or none at all. kbb isnt exactly the most accurate, 1200 sportsters in this area range from 3k to 6k regardless of model year

yeah its a little fugly right now, i threw it together to get back to riding it for summer. shit doesnt get finished, paint gets slapped on and parts get thrown on. bills come up, shit happens. doesn't mean the bike or the new parts arent worth something. its still a strong running motorcycle that hauls balls. and i think it takes a little more than a different tank, set of bars, and fork shrouds to disguise its make.

"Can't go by kbb doe". Is this an ad for an EK hatch or a bike?

I wasn't saying that it wasn't a sporty, just saying as it sits it doesn't look like one.

I had hoped it was thrown together, and I'm glad it is. Because we lol
