1972 honda xl250
Name: jeff
Location: gloucester
Means of contact: pm or post
Price: $650 or trade from 4door or handgun/ammo
Description: 1972 honda xl250, i got this off craigslist 5-6? years ago.. had alot of parts replaced, tank sealed. po couldnt get it to run, so i bought it. i still have the bill of sale that i got. the problem ended up being the piston rings. so i replaced them with new oem honda piston/rings, aswell as all new gaskets. i put maybe 20miles on it but the carb went out(due to sitting had to move, didnt see the bike for awhile). it will need a new carb(main jet seat is trashed). i will give a freashly clean, ready to rock kx125 carb. may not beable to use the oem air filter/box(filter is new) set.. but might, i havent messed with it.. i did pull the body work and harness off to start braking the bike down to get the frame re-done but had to stop due to female problems. so the bike is half apart( motor, wheels, chain, brakes exex is still all togather) will come with some new oem chrome, new fork seal kit and whatever other parts i have. i did a compression test a couple months ago before i put it in my storage unit(over 150psi). i do not have a title.. i did file for one at the last shop i worked at but shop closed before the 30days. the vin did come back clean so filing shouldnt be problem.. i can get one threw my job now but will cost $150 and take 30days
Pictures: old pics but looks the same
