not trying to come off as a smart ass but im curious as to why on earth would someone flush a cooling system with less than 700 miles? also listing your location might help aswell.

Did it because the bike had been sitting for a while, and for peace of mind. I dont know what was done to the bike before I got it.
Might that possibly make sense to you now?

No frame damage. Rear tail had to be replaced and has been. You can tell it is brand new.
