UltraShield Rally Race seat

I have a brand new Ultrashield Road Race seat I was going to put in the Miata. Ultimately I don't know if I need it quite yet. I still can get use out of the stock seats for a little longer. It's virtually a Kirkey seat but a little more comfy.

I'm sorry I've been ridiculously busy. Previous owner said it was tested in Miata and fit. I haven't 100% verified this, although I'm sure I can if you really want me to. Pics are updated guyz.
