I am selling the seats out of my track car. They are Sparco Sprint 5 seats mounted to Sparco sliders and Sparco seat bases for 94-01 Integras. I have no idea if they would fit anything besides a 94-01 Integra so please research before contacting me. They are still in good shape but I have moved on to a new car and am going with a different seat.

This is a set of two seats right? Any harnesses with them? Would you say a smaller guy like myself wouldn't be sliding around in the seat? (AKA it isn't the wide model or anything like that)

Yes, it is both seats. I am just lazy and only wanted to carry one down from storage. I am still on the fence about selling the harnesses with them. These seats are perfect for smaller people. I had a few bigger guys ride with me and I don't think they liked it very much. You're more than welcome to come sit in it and see if you like it before commiting to anything. Just let me know if you want to come by.
