CAR IS NOW BEING PARTED OUT, ASK ABOUT ANY PARTS INTERESTED, OTHERWISE REFER HERE----->>>> http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1781662
The title is clean and clear. Chassis has ~170k miles on it, but practically everything is brand new.
At 16psi the car made 444whp, at 18-19psi it made 493. This was on a Dynojet. Needless to say it's quite a sleeper!
The bad:
I have resoldered all the solder points on the speedo head and the cluster board, however the speedometer still intermittently functions. The body as you can see is not all that great, there is a large but fixable dent in the quarter panel; but there is no rust, something you don't see in e30's very often. The clear coat is coming off on the roof top of rear quarters and hood. Dings and dents here and there, etc. The interior isn't great. The dash has all the normal cracks, the left rear doorpanel is badly damaged, and the front passenger doorpanel has a few knicks as well. The carpet is died black, was originally tan. Also no glovebox, the one I have the hinges are busted up on it. I may have one for it semi-soon. The blower motor switch used to work on the lower settings, then it got to where you had to push it in and finagle it to work, now it only works on level 4, so it needs the switch. The sunroof does work however the handle is broken(typical),
however I've never liked sunroofs so it doesn't bother me. The handles are cheap to replace though if it does bother you.

Damn, well now I know who to call if I wanna go FI. That thing looks MEAN. I know going top mount is difficult on these cars, did you give up your A/C?

I told you to swap an m/s/50/52 and boost it! Top mount is the only way to go on the e30 really, and yes there's not enough room up front for the condensor really, the intercooler is 3" thick. Let me know sometime I'll take you for a ride, it is quite mean!

Re: FS/FT 90 325i M52/S52 Turbo, Suspension, etc..
I want to keep the weight distribution as close to factory as possible. I'm not looking to push 400+, 300whp is plenty and I think I could get that from an M44 with forged internals and a GT30. I'd be fine with losing the A/C, never use it anyway. When I move out that way we'll definitely talk.
