7k in hand looking for a car

Description: looking mostly at Volkswagens specifically the golf or GTI, but i would love to see other cars too. i want a hatchback preferably with a sunroof and manual, less than or right at 100k miles is what i'm looking for. and nothing with more than an average of around 15k miles a year please. i have money in hand.
Please no modified cars, i want a stock car. this includes no swapped motors please. different rims are okay
