2000 VW GTI VR6 LIFTED!!
2000 Volkswagen GTI GLX

GLX package in the GTIs gave you more options than 20th's and 337s, heated leather seats, armrest, real wood trim, climatronic, etc

Maintenance
- Clutch and timing chain were replaced in 2008 by AutoHaus in Yorktown
- Driver side axle is shortened and rebuilt through CARS Inc (no binding on right turns, common lowered mkiv 5 speed problem)
- MKIII steel oil pan and oil and filter changed recently, have only used synthethics
- Frame is notched - CARS Inc
- Rear brake pads were just done, front rotors and pads were done last year
- No check engine light
- BFI Stage 2 transmission and dogbone mounts
- R32 control arm bushings
- Mechanically, this car needs nothing
Body
- 20th Anniversary front valance
- R32 replica sideskirts
- smoothed and painted no cut out rear valance
- no license plate holes in the front rub strip
- Car is keyed on the passenger side, not noticeable unless you are right on top of the car
Suspension
- Masontech front struts
- Firestone rear bags with bilstein sport struts
- Air Lift Easystreet Manifolds
- Dual Viair 400 compressors
- 5 Gallon tank
- Two SMC watertraps
- AVS 7 switch billet switchbox
- Two dual needle viair gauges above radio, single tank gauge in lower center console
Wheels
- BBS RS 17x8 and 17x10.5 - redrilled to 5x100, 2.5" rear lips 1.5" fronts, gold bolts from RTH, polished half height hex caps, polished BBS center caps, freshly painted centers, brand new falken 512s, 205/40 and 225/45
other random stuff
- Magnaflow exhaust, ESE Intake, Euro switch, Kenwood receiver, interior is in great condition
- R32 Center Console
- I still have the stock 16" Montreals
- I have kept all paperwork and receipts in a folder from the time I bought the car

good looking dub should have painted the bottom of the bumpers silver to match the skirts on the sides.
