Up for sale is my 97 528i. It has been a great car for the past few years and has had alot of maintenance done under my ownership as well. Of course a car of this age does have its issues, but all of them are fairly small and don't keep the car from being drivable (I currently daily the car). The price is somewhat negotiable.

Power everything (mirrors, steering wheel, seats, windows, etc)

Slight transmission fluid leak
Slight coolant leak
Some suspension work needed
Slight PS leak

With all respect I can give you like 700 for it, it needs a lot of work that'll end up costing more than the value of the car itsself.
