1997 BMW 328i Convertible MUST SELL

Description: I bought this car before the summer and wasn't prepared for the effort of keeping this car pristine. I can no longer afford to have this car around due to unforseen complications. The car runs like a champ and the engine is real clean. This car would need to be fixed up and I would like to see it go to someone who can take care of it like the beauty she is. I HAVE 4 DAYS TO SELL THIS CAR before tags are removed. Does not pass emissions, which is irrelevant if you're not from MD.
Exterior: Paint is in very good condition. No obvious scratches and no noticeable dents. Top is is in good condition but needs to be resealed. Convertible top motor has stopped working properly and would need fixing. Center caps on wheels are faded out as well. Left brake light does not work all the time.
Interior: The back seats have tears in the leather. Would need to replace the driver side door panel as the clips are all messed up. Panel under glove box is not secure. Biggest problem I'd say about this car are the leaks from the convertible top. I am not sure where they are coming from but having a garage would be helpful until finding the source of the problem.
