I got a friggen 6 speed, priced lower than Manheim dealer auctions and no interest?

These are fun cars, 1.8L 2ZZ + 6MT. How is this not selling for $6k?
Seller is seemingly being very honest about bearing thing also, given that there appears to be no issue and he could just as easily not even mention it.
