Turbo 240sx. fs or trade for miata

1989 240sx, clean title
ca18det turbo engine swap
nismo racing seats, decent interior, minor dash crack (common in 240sx) is missing back seat. door panels do not match, i know where to get this stuff in gvegas, so if you want it ill give you connect for the rest of interior.
power steering is almost complete. ac compressor is in but nothing else, so there is another load off the buyer
kyb gr2s and megan springs installed minus one because i rounded off a bolt, shop is taking it off and ill install the last shock before sale.
new timing belt 150 miles ago
blow off valve, front mount intercooler, jdm cluster with the engines miles on it.
compression is 145-150 across the board!!!!
i will do a compression test in front of your eyes if i see cash in hand, otherwise im not spending 30 minutes doing something for someone who has no intention of buying.
walboro 255
no frame rust!! actually, no mentionable rust at all!!!
the engine only has approx 61k miles
needs alignment, if price is met, or trade is good ill get it done.
new rotors and pads
new tie rods
forgot to mention, previous owner supposedly installed a new clutch, havent taken everything apart though so i cant verify. doesnt slip though. feels firm

this is just off the top of my head...
i think my price is fair, especially since i have about 5k tied into it and havent been able to even enjoy it besides the 3k miles ive driven it

need this gone asap.
cant take trades until i know its not going to sell within a week or so, but after that i want a miata, preferably lowered! thats the only thing ill really consider except an s14
I cant believe this hasnt sold. you cant find good condition ka 240s in this price range.
ive just got some stuff to deal with and i cant finish the car and i could use the cash right now, my moms got some stuff thats come up and i need to help her.

might be down for eg hatches, not shitty ones though, need to be nice and daily driveable. my girl wants one, id still prefer it to be b swapped

radiator fan died today.
also i averaged gas mileage for last tank!
about 50 kmpg all city
thats 31 mpg, better than my civic gets
