Clean title in hand

I found another house i want to buy. Need the cash for it so this must go. Regret to sell it but I have a civic SI thats my daily so i dont need this. I had gotten this to make it my DD and sell the SI but i know i can get more for this car since my SI has ALOT of miles on it. Sucks it has to go because i love it. Its THE fastest bolt ons SR ive ever seen in my life. its only running 7 psi and its super fun. My friend built this car. He bought the swap from an importer. Super low miles and awesome compression across the board. No smoke, leaks, knocks, etc. Tranny shifts smooth. This car has zero mechanical issues.

Good- Great dd for anyone. Decently fast car with good gas mileage. Clean interior. HUD, Sexy. NO RUST. Fresh paint job, super clean body.

Bad- cracked dash but it isnt major. Some dents in rocker panal, but skirts would cover all that up. It isnt bad anyways. I think its from someone jacking up the car. speedometer quit working but im positive its the speed sensor. ill get it fixed or work on the price. Could use an alignment from it being lowered but it doesnt bother me how it rides. i think its fine. The driverside tailight has a little piece missing but i have another set ill include.

This car was taken to Dzirt motorsports in raleigh NC after the swap was complete and looked over and it was Oked by them.
