Selling my RHD 240sx Hatch PROJECT

For sale is my 240SX PROJECT car, this car is RIGHT HAND DRIVE and the firewall swap was performed by a professional shop, Robinson Tech.
The motor is NOT in the car right now because I have been replacing every seal/gasket on the motor since I had it out and it was the best time
to do it.
I got this car a few years ago off a tip that the shop was selling the shell and motor, i purchsed the car and its been in storage at my unit ever since.
The car has all the body work done on it by a professional shop as well, Dreamworks Customs
I am selling this car because I changed careers and do not have the disposable income left over to store this car every month while I work on it.
The car comes with a sr20DET swap and everything you need to re-install the motor, the motor was not in the car when i purchased it but it was running
before (they pulled the motor to do the firewall swap to RHD)
When I got the car to my storage unit I stripped the interior and removed the sound deadening, as well as removed a tiny bit of Surface rust from the engine
bay and painted it with high temp black paint.
With the motor out of the car I decided that I would change all the seals on the engine and pulled everything apart to make sure that the motor was in
good working order. Most of the motor is back together only thing really left to do is the rear main seal (the motor has been on a stand for a while) and set
timing. Also re-seal the Greddy oil pan (didnt have the correct bolts)

I would like to sell the motor with the car, but if it wont sell i guess ill have to part some stuff out..
as far as the interior is concerned, the carpet is not in there because it was really nasty so i threw that out. I have a dash for it (it has a few holes in it but they are there from whoever had the dash in japan, they had gauges in it.)
It comes with s14 seats.. I have door panels as well. I think it just needs a center console however I could be wrong.
