Well, I've sold another that wasn't as nice for 13. It was similar and in early 2014. It's not cheap to build things like this, and I don't feel it's terribly outlandish.
1500 for the ems 800 for the fuel system 5k in the engine (including assembly and recent head job) 1500 in the turbo, intercooler and exhaust 800 in the brakes 1500 in the rear end 1000 in the clutch and trans 1000 in the wheels and tires 500 for the seats How much was the aero, paint, body work, tuning, audio and other goodies? You see what I'm getting at. They don't call it a poor man's Supra for no reason. Supra parts cost money. Fast costs money. I've been in the car scene and business for a long time, and I've seen far more absurd list prices on far shittier machines. So here's the thing: it's my car, and I don't need the money. I need the space. Please, please, please keep this sort of thing to yourself in the future of this thread. I don't want to discuss it any further. I am going to offer a Drag courtesy discount of 2k as an incentive to encourage some etiquette from people on this board. Suprise me with a positive reaction. VAdriven price: 12,900 Thank you. |

Ok. It has ebay turbo cheap parts and replicas. The AC doesn't work, body damage and "ratty interior" You're not new here you know how it works. Ask anything you like it's just preferred you don't clutter the board with joke threads. If you find some poor fool dumb enough to buy it for that, more power to you. Every body knows you don't get everything back you put into a car... keywords in your argument "poor mans"

Jackal, that isn't an unreasonable statement. However, I know what I'm doing. I've sold one like this before, and for damn good money. That said, I'm not making any "arguments" here. I have local interest, as well as inquiries from other states. I'll just pull the listing here, and folks can get back to quarrelling amongst themselves as it seems they are so fond of doing. As I said before, worst case scenario: I get a bigger garage and try to decide which car to drive.
