It was purchased new in Raleigh, NC. I purchased this car from it's original owner over a year ago with the intent to restore it. He had left it untouched in his garage for over 10 years. He was over 70 and no longer interested in giving the old Toyota the attention it required. I towed it away and took it to my local shop. It got a refinished fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines and a good cleaning. At the time I installed new plugs, fresh fluids and a battery. It has been waiting for further attention since then, but my ambition was greater than what time I had available to give it. Since the addition of my second Corvette, I am selling my random cars to save some space and free up old money for new parts.

The AC works if you charge it, but it leaks all the refrigerant out within 24 hours. It has a big leak somewhere. It's a reliable driver that wants someone to make it nice again.
