FS/WTT 92 Civic SI Hatch JDM B16 Black

Up for sale/trade is my 1992 Honda Civic Si Hatchback Black
Chassis Has 160k miles
Motor has around 60k
Working cruise control and sunroof works great!
Mods:
JDM B16 Longblock
2000 GSR Transmission w/ 45k miles
AEM CAI
AEBS Intake Manifold
Hondata Intake Gasket
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
DC Sports 4-1 ITR Replica Header w/ 2.5" Collector
Extended exhaust manifold studs
Omni Power Test Pipe
Moroso Oil Pan
Apexi NOIR Exhaust
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
XTD Stage 2 Clutch
Mishimoto Radiator w/ slim fan
NGK Plug wires w/ iridium plugs
ECU: Chipped p28 a little modified b16 map using chrome, w/ datalogging.
New cam seals and vtec solenoid gasket.
Everything needed to put a/c into the car using r134, only thing needed is the hasport or correct bracket to mount a d series compressor to a b series block.
Steering rack is a manual rack with new tie rod ends.
Wheels are LS Mesh wheels, new tires up front, rear tires have 80% tread left.
Suspension:
Omni power full coilovers
Omni power front upper camber kit
Complete Integra GSR Brake setup all around
New front rotors and pads
New rear pads and calipers
Stainless Braided lines all around
Interior is mint.
Exterior needs some body work (minor)
Small rust spot on drivers 1/4
Paint is faded.
Needs Both fenders and drivers side door.
Have Door and drivers side fender.
Car just needs some paint and minor body work.
Extra parts that can be included:
Cometic head gasket
ARP Head studs
JDM Fogs

EDIT: New water pump and tensioner were installed 200 miles ago.
