FS:LS Turbo DC2

I have for sale a 1999 Acura Integra LS. I am the 2nd owner, the original owner was an older women who drove it back an fourth to work. I recently turboed it not even a 100miles since boosting. The car only has 89,000miles on it! It has a full tune up(oil,spark plugs,brakes,plug wires,distributor,fuel pump). Brand new front/rear brake pads and rotors. And also The car was just leak down tested and has right at 1% leak down on all four cylinders. The car does have its typically dents and dings. Below are the parts that I have installed on the car and I have paper work for every part listed to show they were bought new and not used.
Motor:
-Garrett t3/t4 60trim
-SLR Intercooler piping
-Johnny Race car intercooler
-Greddy type S BOV
-Inline pro knock off log manifold
-3Inch downpipe
-Tial 38mm waste gate(7psi spring in and i have a11psi spring if you want it)
-Deatchswerks 550 OBD2 Plug an Play injectors(No hacked up wiring job)
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-Brand new radiator to prevent over heating issues
-Stealth mode oil return/feed
-Blox sandwich plate
-Blox Vacuum manifold
-Greddy Profec B Spec 2 boost controller
-3Inch custom exhaust all the way back to stock looking 3inch muffler.
-The car is tuned on Chrome by Matt Shue
-Brand new stage 4 Competition Clutch!
Suspension:
-Omni power one piece street coil overs
-Blox lower control arms
-ASR sub frame brace
-ITR Rear sway bar
Stereo:
-Kicker door speakers
-Eclipse CD deck
I am sure I am forgetting something but I will update as I remember parts.

Oh yah forgot to mention if I get close to what I am asking I will throw in a Buddyclub racing spec seat. Its basically brand new!

thats the way to go. You can easily up the boost to like 18psi with a good conservative tune and roll out on some ppl.
