FS: 99 Eclipse RS 140k - (New Inspection) $1800 OBO
Car has been sold as of November 1st 2008.

I'll try to list off as much as I can think of... The transmission just started slipping in this car, that is the main reason I'm selling it so cheap. KBB estimates "fair" shape should net $3655, so I'd say $1800 is more than reasonable. The car is still drivable and the transmission only starts to slip after about 45 minutes of driving.
Oil has been changed every 3k miles (no more than 4k) with Castrol GTX only and I've never really had any problems with the car until now. Engine runs fine.
Interior is in pretty good shape other than the carpet having a lot of stains, all vinyl looks "like new". Only other flaw is the headliner is missing. It started to sag until I ripped it out one day.
Car has some exterior damage as well. The front drivers side fender has a small dent from a fender bender. The drivers side rear quarter panel also has a softball sized dent in it.
The car is in no means perfect, but I'd also say it's nowhere near horrible. Some parts look great, but others are not so great (car is almost 10 years old now).
The car has never really been modded either. I had a cold air intake on for a few thousand miles, but took it off after being harassed by a cop saying it was loud. Only other mods were rims and a nice stereo. Everything has been removed besides the CD player. It's a pretty nice deck, cost me $600 new, only reason I'm leaving it in the car is I don't have one to replace it.
The one mod I have left on the car is the "pop-able doors". Basically I have a remote that you have to use to open the door. You hit a button and the door pops open. The car also has an aftermarket alarm system that I paid about $300 for.
The car has a brand new inspection now, it won't expire till September of 2009. I had to replace a tie-rod on the left and right side as well as put new tires on the rear. I put about $350 into it to pass inspection as someone wanted it to pass before they bought it, but it appears they have flaked out on me
I've only raised the total price by $200, so your getting $150 in brand new parts for free.
Other specs:
Automatic, power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt, CD player, AC, and dual front air bags.
