FS: '95 Teal CX Hatch

Thinking about selling my so-called project/dd car. I purchased this car about 2 months or so ago local from a friend of a friend. Now i'm thinking about selling it because i just moved and got a place with a garage so i want a shell, to start from the ground up.
Car has nothing wrong with it. Still runs strong, and body is in 8/10. No rust, couple of minor dents (barely noticeable). 112k miles (i purchased it with a Si cluster and thats what the mileage reads, and thats what the owner said it had also. Title had a lil over 100k when i bought it).
Has CompuStar 2way alarm and Personal steering wheel with Nardi quick release. I also have a JDM interior for it that i could sell separate if anyone is interested, but if not its no problem, im planning on using it with my next project. Its not all the same color anyways, for now atleast (long story, i can tell you over PM if interested).
I'm asking $2900 or EG hatch shell plus cash (prefer shell somewhat local so i dont have to pay a crap load on towing). Price DOES NOT include the JDM interior. Located in NoVa. Thanks!
Edit: Forgot to mention, AC works great, and has no PS, never had it. Also, Top of the front bumper, the clear coat is chippin. Nothing bad though.
