FS 2006 Evo IX MR, 35k Miles

Description:
2006 Evo IX MR in white. Currently has 35k miles on it. Original Owner. Title in hand.
Mods:
PIC TSO preset coilovers
Buschur 3" Turboback Exhasut
Carbon Fiber Seats
Ported/ Coated Exhaust Manifold housing
Coated Megan O2 housing
Buschur manual boost controller (never been above 20 psi)
Evo RS trunk bar
Mitsubishi rear strut tower brace (aluminum)
Brand new set of Evo MR floot mats (still in plastic)
JDM 3 bar MAP sensor
Buschur air filter
3M clear bra (been on the car since 550 miles)
Catch can
Minibattery (cranks the car fine on 30 degree days, never tried it below that)
I think thats everything
Car comes with stock Evo IX MR wheels and extra set of front coilovers
