FS:1989 Honda civic 4dr dx,manual. Stock. new motor. great daily driver.

1989 honda civic 4dr, dx sedan, 5 speed.
BRAND NEW air conditioning system
Overheating issue has been fixed.car runs pefect.
Chassis mileage: 195067 (mileage will go up accordingly as its my daily)
Motor mileage: 12,800 (completely rebuilt)
Have my 4dr for sale, is my everyday driver. Body of the car is in good shape. it has 3 dents in it. Small rust spots on the back door and front fender. they are surface rust only and do not penetrate through the metal. Paint is old, clearcoat is cracking on roof, fender and trunk. I havent had time to repaint this one with the other projects and since its my daily beater i wasnt too worried about it.
Interior is in decent shape, its not perfect but its ok. does have some burn holes in the seats from previous owner.
Engine was completely rebuilt in september from bottom to top. all new rod and main bearings, thrust washers,piston rings,valve seals, headgasket,head pressure tested and resurfaced,all gaskets, water pump, timing belt. plugs, wires, cap, rotor etc. Also i replaced the blower motor and main relay.. Car does not have power steering, it comes from the factory with a non power steering rack and isnt hard to turn. no cruise control. no power options. Its a basic back and forth car. tranny is perfectly smooth. all the interior things work pefectly fine. CD player isnt the greatest but it works, speakers sound great as well.
car gets around 350-380 miles to the tank. i fill up every two weeks or so. is pretty awesome on gas.
bad things:
-car has a cracked windshield. but the inspection is good till july so i havent worried about replacing it.
-could use a paint job

haha, its shadow. if it needed repair i certainly would not spray bomb it.

haha, yea i thought about it. paint it and drop it on some nice wheels, and put new carpet in and stuff. im trying to sell this one so i can warrant keeping the hatchback. if i sell the hatchback, ill be keeping this one as my project.
