The good:
I am the 4th owner of the car since 1993. I have about 25 receipts dating back to 1994 of all the work performed on this car. It has been maintained consistantly by Henderson Acura/honda in Wilmington NC since 1997 or so. Both main seals, headgasket, and some other things were done 40k miles ago, its about due for a lookover atleast if you want to nitpick it because of the mileage on the engine. It drives amazing, everything works great, engine runs 100% perfect, no problems what so ever, its a extremely reliable car. Car was previously boosted some of you may know, but it runs extremely good with no problems at all after the boost as removed. It was only turboed for a little over 1100 miles anyway on 6 psi so it wasnt long and much at all. I have the original owners manual from 1993 as well. Car is stock for the most part, but thats how I like it. I've gotten roughly 34-35 Mpg daily driving, all city no highway.
Compression Test Performed July 24th
Cylinder 1: 208
Cylinder 2: 205
Cylinder 3: 205
Cylinder 4: 206
The hood, and driver fender are dented. I have a mint hood and fender though to replace with, and also the front bumper grill is cut out but I also have a mint bumper to go with it too.

Original YS1 Transmission (No grinds!)
Flowmaster 2.25" Header-Back
DC Sports 4-1 Stainless brushed header (almost brand new)
AEM Cold air Intake
Suspention/Brakes
Slotted and drilled Rotors
Hawk Brake Pads
Skunk2 Lowering Springs
Exterior:
JDM 1-Piece Headlights.
Polished GSR blades on falken azenis 205/50/15 good tread left
Rear wiper delete plug
Spoiler removed and holes patched properly and sanded smooth
Interior:
Integra Type-R Floormats
Momo 320mm Monte Carlo Steering wheel (Not pictured)
Momo steering wheel hub
Really really clean interior.
Battery relocated to trunk.
Protection:
Python 460HP Alarm (Installed by VegaS10 on CarolinaHondas) (Not installed yet, will be done before anything else though)
Keyless entry, fuel pump / ECU kill / Headlight flash etc.
The Bad:
Momo wheel/Hub will not come with the car unless $150 is added on to the asking price or the trade is adequate. Stock steering wheel will come for asking price.
Small cigarette burn hole in rear driver side seat from old owner.
Dent in driver side QP.
2-3 shallow dents in the passenger side QP.

My pictures are terrible, some new will be up tomorrow probably. I just ordered some skunk2 lowering springs, probably gonna put them on tokico hp struts.
All the dents on the car are gonna be pulled soon to by a guy I know who does good PDR so itll be lowered and the paint will just be faded and no body work will be needed.
