EF sedan project, Manual

Name: Matt
Location: Va beach
Price: Max $500

Like the title states, I am looking for a project EF. MUCT be a sedan, MUST be manual, and NO RUST. I would prefer a decent rolling shell with a decent interior, and looking to spend about $500 tops. Also, if you know of one that is just sitting somewhere, please give me info and I'll go check it out.
