I am looking to purchase a relatively clean car, preferably a civic/integra/honda/acura.

Price: Cheap, It'd be great to find something around my budget, but it's a long shot
What I want:

Auto or Manual, doesn't matter. I need it to have the following criteria though:
-All body panels there, and no major body issues like bent frame/rusted out/wrecked...non matching panels/shitty paint are okay.
-Clean title.... self explanatory
-Decent tires, or price adjusted accordingly
-Complete interior, even if it's dirty
-Relatively close as far as location goes to Virginia Beach/Hampton, though I will drive as far as Richmond to look.

Rice'd out vehicles will be considered, but lowballed, just so you know. Actually, any vehicle will likely be lowballed.

To recap, I basically want to find some cheap crap bucket civic with all its parts, and be able to drive away. I have the cash in hand, and need to buy ASAP
