98 civic ex coupe h2b h23 vtec b16

TITLE IN HAND
I have all the reciepts for all the parts i've bought for the car. the car is currently sitting in my shop and is not being driven bc of the crazy weather has been in there since beggining of january.
Description: i am selling my 98 honda civic ex power doors, windows and sunroof. has a viper alarm system, pioneer head unit and dimond audio speakers, i have 2 prosport guages one is water temp and air/fuel ratio, there is also a cb hooked up. the car has a jdm h23a vtec blue top with a evolution h2b kit adapted to a b16 y21, and does have a mild engine wire tuck. i will start a full wire tuck once i get some space in my shop. im running a obd2 to obd1 harness with a jdm p72 gsr ecu. rite now the car has a stage 3 f1 racing clutch. full exhaust with a megan header cut and welded to fit the h2b, megan test pipe, and custom 2.5" cat back with a glass pack and meagn muffler, and a custom CAI. suspension is stock shocks and springs with eibach front and rear sway bars, 16" enkie or52 with 215/40 r15s with 5/32nds left on the tires and were just balanced 500 miles ago along with a castrol edge oil change. oil has been change every 2000 miles. there is a dent in the drivers front quarter where the engine swung and the crane hit the car. there are a few scratchs on the car but for the orginal paint it gleams in the sun. seats and drivers carpet is a little dirty from me being dirty after work and driving it. but once it warms up will be doin a full detail inside.
the swap has been in for two years and has only had 14k miles put on it. i bought the car with 104k and is currently at 120XXX.

up. throw me some offers im really looking for a b16 turbo dont really car what kind of car its in as long as the motor is good.
