I just purchased a 5spd 97 gst spyder for sale and I'm listing it for sale. This car is immaculate. It only has 88k miles. I'm fixing a few small things before it gets officially sold, but at the date of sale there will be nothing wrong with this car at all aside from a few noted small things. This car would be an amazing starting platform for someone looking to get into dsms, or a great summer vehicle to drop the top and drive around in the sun!

The good-
LOW miles--only 88k miles!!
New turbo
New longblock (no receipts from the previous owner, but you can clearly see they're newer)
Completely stock and unmolested!
Tires have great tread left
Car has a fresh MD inspection good for a year
5spd
No rust aside from a few bolts here and there, nothing big
Clean title

The bad-
Front bumper has a small crack on the underside
Small ding (marble size) in rear quarter--it's so small you could possibly paintless dent remove it

As I said, there aren't too many things wrong with this car. I've bought and sold at least 10 dsms in the past two years, and by far this one is the cleanest. This is a STOCK car, right down to the cd player, intake box, heat shields, etc. This would be an amazing car to begin modding, and even better summer car to drive around with the top down. I initially bought it to drive around for the summer, but I'd sell it if I got my asking price for it. I'm asking 5000 for the car. I'd also be up for trades, but if you send me a stupid trade like a 1k dollar Honda that needs this this and that, I won't even reply.

I have a 02 WRX for sale on here. Just has broken 1st gear. (cheap easy fix if you like working on cars, have friends over to fix, or take it to andrewtech in gaithersburg md and get a fresh all gear rebuild for 1300). If not interested in trade, Im looking to sell the car and can prob sell and buy it with cash. Id mos def like to come look at it if we get serious enough and maybe have a mechanic look at it. Where are you located at?

I'm interested. so the car itself has 88k on it but the longblock is unknown?

Yes, the car has only 88k miles, and the longblock was said to have been recently bought new from advance or one of the autochain stores. The previous owner lost the receipts. I wasn't too concerned with the receipts because you can clearly see how clean the head surface is, as well as the new waterpump, etc. The car also has a new turbo on it as well. This car is as good as it gets when it comes to dsms just short of a low mileage gsx (which you won't find for less than 10k either).
