1997 mitsubishi eclipse gst
170,xxx miles
5 Speed
I am trying to sell my car because i no longer drive it. i bought a new car while this one was in the shop being worked on.
it was in the shop for the following reasons:
-new clutch/master/slave cylinder
-new head
Modifications:
-Evo3 16g turbo (11lbs boost)
-Megan Racing Springs 2"
-17" ICW racing wheels
-Short ram intake
-Turbo XS BOV
-Front mount intercooler(cant think of brand at the moment, the car isnt in my sight)
-Manual boost controller
-Thats all i can think of off the top of my head, ask for more
BAD:
-car will run slightly hotter than normal when you drive it harder due to the FMIC blocking the airway for the heat to escape. Needs bigger fans or better radiator. the heat will go right back down though, and goes even faster if the heat is turned on in the car.
-second gear syncro has been bad since i have owned the car. you have to hold it in gear or it will pop out when you let off the gas and hit it again

Re: 97 Eclipse GST
For that many miles, I don't think I could offer 4 grand. My buddy and I just picked up a 95 GST for 2000 with 118k. Shoot me a pm of what you are willing to take for it and maybe we can work something out. Im looking for a DSM.
