So cosmetically it has a dent on the front dirver side fender and rear driver side quarter panel. It needs a radiator fan and oil catch can. The couple times I've driven it it doesn't go into reverse easily and i wasn't able to get it in fifth. I haven't tried getting in fifth while rolling though as I've only taken it to like 40 mph. The interior is pretty clean though, a couple stains on the seats but that's all that I can think of right now. It was blowing white smoke though and smelled pretty sweet so cut it off and now it won't start and the overflow tank for the coolant is pretty much empty, there aren't any leaks. I do have a video of the initial start up though if either of you would like to see it so you don't think I'm trying to pull something on you about the engine. As far as the list of mods I can post those up tonight (it's not a short list) as well as more pictures (I'm at work right now). I've got pictures of both dents I'll put up also. If you want anything specific though just let me know. I'm the third owner of the car and have had it since 2005 or 2006. The KA got water locked in 2008 and it pretty much sat under a car cover for a couple of years. Any specific questions you have though you can shoot me an email or text.
