95 240sx - S14 SR20DET

--------Engine : approx 76k, but no real way to prove. Going off what I've been told.

*S14SR20DET running around 15psi right now
* Fresh oil change with Castol Syntec EDGE and Mobil 1 oil filter this morning (01-12-2012)
*S15 injectors
*300zx fuel filter
*Isis tubular manifold
*Megan racing turbo elbow
*Bullet downpipe with gutted cat welded to it.
*Isis catback exhaust
*Walboro 255 fuel pump
*EVO 8 intercooler (mounted in front of radiator---"hidden mount")
*I believe it has an HKS BOV- I also have a blitz BOV included, but need a flange made for hotpipe.
*Mishimoto alminum radiator
*2 new ISIS electric fans - JUST INSTALLED THIS MORNING. (01-12-2012)
*Black Samco Sport silicone radiator hoses
*water temp sensor in upper hose (not hooked up)-stock one still works though
*Some manual boost controller
*APexi cone air filter
*Wiring specialties wiring harness (upper and lower)
*Odyssey pc680 battery(small drycell)
*Spec stage 2 clutch
*Driveshaft shop 1 piece steel driveshaft
*Stock VLSD differential
*Stainless braided turbo lines for oil and coolant
* Comes with uninstalled Greddy Emanage blue with harness

*New steering rack was installed last year and has <500 miles on it.

*96 Grill. I think I still have the stock 95 one.

*Still have the Zenki rear bumper and valences
*Still have the stock SE wing also
*Still have the stock hood, but it has small dent in it
*Front bumper has taken a beating over the years as you will see in pics
*Boost gauge- the only gauge hooked up as of now.
*Water temp gauge
*Oil pressure gauge

The follwing are new parts. They are NOT installed, but are included:
*NGK Iridium plugs
*Stance alluminum rear subframe bushings - EDIT - JUST INSTALLED
*Stance alluminum rear differential bushings - EDIT - JUST INSTALLED
*2 12" Isis electric fans - EDIT - JUST INSTALLED
*Isis short throw shifter
*The following are used, not installed, but are included:
*Odyssey battery tie down---A stainless finish battery tiedown made for the Odyssey battery that's in the car. Just never took the time to install it.
*Greddy emanage blue with harness
*Water temp and oil pressure gauges
*Blitz BOV
*Stock 2 piece driveshaft
******I also have the following if the buyer wants them:

# RHD s14 power steering rack with subframe
It needs some work obviously, but not too bad. clear coat has been peeling since the day I bought this thing back in 2006 which you can see in the pics. The carbon fiber hood was rattle canned flat black due to fading.
There are some small dents here and there, but nothing real major (one on the passenger quarter panel is the worst. Looks like wolverine back slapped my car, but it is still not that bad)
Besides those things, this is the bad:
*No A.c. - it had it, but I ripped it out.
*NEEDS THE REAR SUBFRAME BUSHINGS REPLACED -(REAR END CLUNKS WHEN SHIFTING HARD---I am including the new Stance ones)
-----EDIT - JUST INSTALLED THESE THIS MORNING - WILL TEST DRIVE IT LATER TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS GOOD NOW
*just noticed the rear wheel bearings look like they are going to need to be replaced soon ( I do NOT have new wheel bearings to include)
----EDIT - there is just a small amount of movement. They are not falling off or anything. Just being honest with what I found.
*I think it has a small boost leak which I am trying to figure out. It's just too cold right now. I will work on this.
---EDIT - Found a small rip in the hotpipe/intercooler coupler - Will be replacing later today along with all new T-Band clamps.
I am sure I am missing some stuff, but I'll start here. Basically, you get everything listed and anything else S14 related I find in my house that I have overlooked. I will add as I find stuff. I am not in a pinch to sell so please don't offer me 2grand thinking I am in desperate need of cash.
