88 323 gtx $1800 obo

Description: i have a 1988 323 gtx has 190k. i love the car although i havnt had it long but i need to get my cdl so i can get away from where i work. the car was rally crossed by previous owners and from what i have been told did very well before it got the bigger turbo. the owner before me broke the transfer case and converted it to fwd unfortunately. but he did leave the rear end there so all it would need is a trans and drive shaft
the bad- has one spot of rust on the side skirt, its not bad can be fixed easily. needs rear struts, i have 2 sets of koni reds theyre adjustable but the perches were cut off. aparently people cut them out and use them like inserts somehow i havnt had the chance to look into to see how its done. the maniold has a crack it can be welded or you can get one from mazda for $370 or get an obx manifold for a miata with a 1.6 for $100 may have to use a custom dp, the sunroof wont open im assuming theres alot of built up dirt preventing it from opening but i havnt had time to pull the headliner. drivers seat has some tears
the good- car is a blast to drive really is a true sleeper, has no problem taking down mustang gt's. very reliable starts up great every time. passenger seat and rear seats are in great condition still has the factory recaros, has been modded a little bit-vj11 turbo, probe smic, full 2.5' turbo back with high flow cat and resonator no muffler, deep tone no rasp. reich racing ecu with rally spec tune. 1 step colder plugs. im sure im forgeting some. the car is very rare 1280 were made for north america 88-89 and that was it 5000 world wide
the only trades i will even consider is a 240 sx golf gti or something rwd. dont bother offering a honda i have one and i hate it. must be able to daily no projects, i cant add cash to anything atm

new pictures up, photo bucket is being weird so i couldnt get any of the engine bay uploaded. droped the price some need to get rid of it before i change my mind about selling it
i do have all the pieces of the center console i just pulled it out to get the stereo out to put back in my honda. the stereo may come with it if i get enough out for it. the dash is easily repairable it just cheap material that cracked after 25 years got a quote of $80 a few weeks ago to have it redone.
also forgot to add its got some nice meaty snow tires with plenty of tread left. they hook up great.
